Zentinel (“we,” “our,” “us”) is a health-tech platform developed and owned by Fusionduo Technologies LLP (“Fusionduo”). We are committed to protecting your personal and health information and maintaining transparency in how we collect, use, and safeguard it.
By using the Zentinel mobile application, website, or related services (“Services”), you agree to this Privacy Policy.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect and process the following categories of information:
a. Personal Information:
- Name, contact details, email address, and demographic details.
- Account login credentials.
b. Health and Vital Data:
- Data collected via connected devices or sensors (e.g., temperature, heart rate, oxygen saturation, stress indicators, or other physiological indicators).
- Health data measured using the device camera through our integrated face-scan technology (see Section 2.e).
- Manually entered health data such as symptoms, medications, or allergies.
c. Device and Usage Data:
- Device identifiers, app usage statistics, and interaction logs.
- IP address and browser type when accessing our web platform.
d. Location Data (if enabled):
- To improve service delivery or identify nearby healthcare facilities.
e. Facial Data & Camera-Based Vital Measurement (Face Scan Technology):
- When using the face-scan feature, the device camera captures real-time video frames of your face solely for optical analysis to generate vital measurements such as heart rate, respiratory rate, oxygen saturation trend, stress indicator, and wellness score.
- We do NOT collect, store, transmit, or retain facial images, facial videos, facial geometry, biometric identifiers, or face recognition data.
- The face video frames are processed only on your device using an on-device health analysis SDK and are deleted immediately after the measurement is complete.
- Only the final derived vital values (not the face data) may be stored only if you choose to save them.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your data for:
- Displaying trends in vitals and health parameters.
- Providing insights, recommendations, and alerts.
- Improving system accuracy and personalization.
- Sending updates, alerts, and account notifications.
- Compliance with legal or regulatory obligations.
Disclaimer: Zentinel does not guarantee the medical accuracy of vital readings. These readings are indicators intended for trend analysis only and not for diagnostic or emergency use.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
Your information may be shared only under these circumstances:
- With your consent, for connecting to healthcare professionals or facilities.
- With third-party service providers under strict data-protection agreements.
- When required by law, regulation, or government order.
Face Scan Data Sharing
- We do not share any facial data, camera frames, or biometric identifiers with any third party.
- The on-device SDK used to process camera data does not transmit facial data outside your device.
We do not sell your personal or health data to any third party.
5. Data Security
We implement administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards including encryption, secure transmission, and restricted access to protect your data. However, no system is entirely immune from security risks.
6. Data Retention
Your personal and health data are retained as long as necessary for service deliver, legal compliance or until you delete your account. Facial data used during face-scan measurements is never stored and is deleted immediately after processing.
7. Your Rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), you have the right to:
- Access, correct, and delete your data.
- Withdraw consent for data processing.
- Request a copy of your personal information.

8. Children’s Privacy
Zentinel is not intended for users under 18 without parental consent.
